Our grappa
is produced by the distillation of fermented marc, (the remains
of graoe once the juice has been extracted). The marc comes exalusively
from the Brunello grapes produced in our farm. It is fresh lightly
sparkling marc whose distillation occurs using a modern still vacuum
process, but never forgetting the traditional characteristics which
have made this product renowned and appreciated throughout the world.
The care taken by the distillery into the produchon allows us to
maintain the original fragrances, making our grappa recognisable
by the distinctive characteristics of taste, aroma and putity. The
grappa has an alcoholic content of 43% vol. and is produced in limited
quantities. |
